US company Primus Telecommunications Group, the parent of Primus Telecom Australia, has transferred its listing from the US Nasdaq National Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market because it is unable to satisfy the minimum bid price requirement of the Nasdaq National Market. Primus has an additional grace period to June 12, 2006 to comply with the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirements for continued trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market, but chose to apply for the transfer.
