The ACCC has received notice of another access dispute, this time from Amcom over the price Telstra wants to charge for its LIne Sharing service. The Line Sharing Service provides a PSTN service to an end-user and enables another carrier (the access seeker) to simultaneously provide DSL broadband services to the same end-user over the same copper pair. The two signals are carried at different frequencies in the available bandwidth. |
