Technology optimisation tools vendor, Mercury Interactive, has appointed David De Laine as managing director in Australia and New Zealand. Mr De Laine, who joined Mercury in April 2005, has 20 years' experience working for global IT companies in senior sales and management positions, most recently with IBM Software.  He was most recently sales director for Australia and New Zealand for Mercury.
