Local ERP vendor, Pronto Software, has entered into a partnership with payments automation provider Bottomline Technologies to incorporate Bottomline's electronic forms technology into Pronto’s flagship ERP product.

Bottomline’s Create!form product suite provides output formatting capabilities that replace paper with electronic document composition and delivery methods.

Pronto Software’s marketing manager, Michael Panosh, says “As Australia’s leading domestic ERP vendor, we recognise that the smooth generation of outward facing forms such as purchase orders and statements are crucial elements of a company’s operations. Such documents make up the bulk of most companies’ correspondence with its trading partners and are an important channel of communication.  These documents carry branding messages, and their presentation implicitly says something about the professionalism of the company issuing these documents.
