Local ERP vendor, Pronto Software, has entered into a partnership with payments automation provider Bottomline Technologies to incorporate Bottomline's electronic forms technology into Pronto’s flagship ERP product.

Bottomline’s Create!form product suite provides output formatting capabilities that replace paper with electronic document composition and delivery methods.

Pronto Software’s marketing manager, Michael Panosh, says “As Australia’s leading domestic ERP vendor, we recognise that the smooth generation of outward facing forms such as purchase orders and statements are crucial elements of a company’s operations. Such documents make up the bulk of most companies’ correspondence with its trading partners and are an important channel of communication.  These documents carry branding messages, and their presentation implicitly says something about the professionalism of the company issuing these documents. The importance of such messages cannot be underestimated.”

Daniel Kinal, infrastructure product manager for Pronto Software comments. “We selected the Create!form suite for our TrueForm project because of its high level of sophistication and its close alignment with our product roadmap, Bottomline has a wealth of expertise in the intricacies of paper and electronic forms production for the enterprise. The capability of the framework we are using reflects this expertise.”

Peter Robinson, general manager Australian Operations at Bottomline Technologies believes the partnership will substantially benefit PRONTO-Xi users. “We have always excelled in the specialty area of forms output and having Pronto Software choose to employ our technology into the very heart of their product is a testament to the suite’s innovative capabilities.”
