Sage CRM in conjunction with Business Transformations will host a series of free workshops across Australia starting Thursday 9 March to plug its products to SMEs and teach them how to build and manage cost effective sales and marketing programs.

The workshops, which commence in the Victorian regional centres of Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton and Albury-Wodonga, are designed to provide local businesses with practical advice on how to attract and retain customers without spending a fortune.

Following Victoria, the roadshow will travel to New Zealand in April (North Island), followed by Queensland, New South Wales, New Zealand (South Island), Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.

Presentations on the fundamentals of marketing and the importance of sales pipeline management will be provided by Sage CRMs managing director, Ross Stange and business development expert, Geoff Flemming of Business Transformations.

Stange says that the workshops will be highly beneficial for business owners looking for practical, yet simple ways to gain a competitive advantage by implementing effective marketing techniques.  ғCRM is the life blood of any marketing program as it provides organisations with the information required to provide top notch customer service and launch targeted campaigns to grow their business, he says.

The ԑBuilding Blocks of Business week-long roadshow throughout regional Victoria will commence in Geelong on Monday 6 March.
