Pipe Networks' $6.5m issue over-subscribed E-mail

ASX-listed 'dark fibre' and Internet peering point operator, Pipe Networks, has closed its $6.5 million rights issue with a 45 percent over subscription. The board will complete the scale back of the oversubscription and expect the shares to commence trading on the ASX 13 February.
