Both units support Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) and the more robust wireless security of Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA). WPA2 support will be available via a firmware download on the Linksys website by the end of Q1. Both units are available now through resellers. Estimated street pricing is $469.95 for the indoor unit and $1079.95 for the outdoor. These prices are significantly higher than US prices of $A338 and $A609 at current exchange rates. |
