F&S says that, "After more than two years of tepid spending and subdued growth expectations, IT spending is once again looking attractive. Our research findings over the last six months suggest a clear improvement in overall sentiment as decision makers become increasingly optimistic on the global economy and the prospects for businesses." On the downside F&S sees new trends in customer buying patterns such as "smaller deals, fewer vendors and price pressures suggest[ing] the need to rethink sales and delivery. |
