Consumer electronics company LG Electronics Australia has aappointed a new managing director, Daniel Shin, who commences his role on 30 January. Mr Shin was previously director of sales and marketing, Appliance Division, LG Electronics USA and has spent 15 years in overseas markets including Korea and Spain. Mr Shin's appointment follows the departure of Mr UC Hwang, who returns to Korea after his two year tenure as managing director of the Australian office.
