Capgemini Australia has appointed Phil Mottram as organisational change management leader. Prior to joining Capgemini Australia, Mottram was principal of his own change management consulting company for three years.  Previously he was account manager for NSW Government with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and managed IT transformation projects while with Ernst & Young Management Consulting.  He has also worked with GIO as National Learning and Development Manager for the Risk Management and Compensation Insurance Division.
