SMS appoints director of business development |

Management services provider SMS Management & Technology (ASX:SMX) has appointed Merlin Allan as business development director. Prior to joining SMS, Mr Allan was a co-founder and executive director of outsourcing customer service and CRM company UCMS. He has built and run similar operations in four countries which involved partnerships with ECNZ, Vodafone, Telstra and France Telecom. More recently he has worked with a number of venture capital firms in Australia and the US to restructure and grow their investments.
