"The new features and functionality on our web site has been designed with the consumer in mind, equipping them with all the tools and information they need to switch to digital TV and receive great content for free," said Freeview CEO Robin Parkes. "We will continue to add features and improvement [sic] to our site based on consumer feedback and new channel launches to make the site as user-friendly as possible," added Parkes. New features include a downloadable channel grid for each region, a list of Freeview-endorsed hardware, a list of stockists for each product, and a glossary. The site now features that most basic of functions: a search tool. |
