The device is being offered initially exclusive through Dick Smiths with prepaid access for $199 and with 1GB of data (30 day expiry). Top- ups are Virgin Mobile's standard prepaid options and range from $15 for 500MB over 30 days to $100 for 6GB over 90 days. However, Dick Smith stores will also offer 10GB for $149 with 365 day expiry, but only until their exclusivity period expires on 30 November. A Virgin Mobile spokeswoman said no decision had been taken on whether this option would be available subsequently. Following expiry of the exclusivity period the device will be available outright from other outlets, and for $8 per month on Virgin Mobile's pre and post paid plans.
