Specific issues addressed by 3.1.2 are bugs that could cause the device to fail to wake up from sleep mode, to stop cellular network communication until the handset was restarted, and to crash during video streaming. While the outside developers seemed to keep up with Apple for some time, they have yet to find a way of jailbreaking an iPhone 3GS that shipped with iPhone OS 3.1.x. |
