In any enterprise software rollout – from desktop applications to complex business applications – user adoption represents a major hurdle. For example, a study by Sand Hill Group and Neochange found that 70 percent of buyers and providers believe that “effective user adoption" is the primary driver to realise the full business value of enterprise software solutions. The SDK includes .NET and C++ base classes, plus source documentation, source code and a variety of tools to help organisations quickly and efficiently develop custom solutions and plug-in applications for Enterprise Connect. · Enterprise Connect can now be used by Open Text eDOCS DM customers as the desktop client to provide DoD 5015.2-compliant records management for eDOCS DM content. To file a document as a record, users select the document from eDOCS DM, and drag and drop it into the appropriate folder in Open Text Records Management. · In large enterprises with many application environments users often face the need to view documents and files even though they don’t have the required native applications installed on their workstations.
