The centre was formally inaugurated by Mr Ravinder Jain, Chief Information Officer, Aircel. Aircel is one of Wipro’s largest customers and a leading telecom player in India.  Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jain said: “I would like to congratulate the team for setting up Sangam. We at Aircel work closely with Wipro to offer our subscribers, the next-generation telecom experience. With this centre,  Aircel can now evaluate technology solutions centered around innovation,  get a comprehensive view of solutions and deploy global best practices and tools for the benefit of our customers."

The Technology Innovation Hub will not only augment the development of strong competencies in technology, but also enhance strategic business value through technical and process excellence, and best-of-breed solutions that address the challenging and evolving business needs of customers. The integrated environment helps reduce total time for development, resulting in faster time to market and on-time response to business needs.

The centre will evaluate emerging tools and technologies and incubate customer specific solutions.

This state-of-the-art customer experience centre is located in Wipro’s Electronic City campus at Bangalore and will enable customers to have a compelling view of the solutions. Sangam follows Wipro’s innovation process framework to deliver solutions, inline with global standards.
