Under the renewed contract, Dimension Data says it will continue to provide the level of service currently provided to the Government, but "move towards a more dynamic contract...to innovate and meet the increasing demand on the South Australian Government's ICT infrastructure." Under the renewed contract, Dimension Data will also support the South Australian Government's stated objective to use its networking infrastructure to improve services provided to the South Australian public. Dimension Data says it won the renewal "by demonstrating a long-term commitment to providing a responsive and reliable service, and a demonstrated ability to continue to innovate in the management of the Government's network."
