Japanese IT services group, NTT Data, has completed its acquisition of Australian SAP services company, Extend Technologies, as part of a strategy to expand its global SAP consulting business, by taking up a 51 percent shareholding in Extend. Featured Whitepaper

Extend managing director, Max White, said operationally, Extend will continue to function on a “business as normal basis” with workforce, management structures and branding remaining unchanged.
