The combined company will trade under the AT&T name with a new corporate logo to be unveiled Monday 21 November and will have a new ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange from 1 December. The completion of the merger is the culmination of a review by or filings with 36 US states and the District of Columbia, the US Department of Justice and Federal Communications Commission, as well as regulator authorities in 14 countries. |
