No other details have been given. The Microsoft Business Division is the arm of the company responsible for Microsoft Office. The news comes in the wake of reports that Nokia might be preparing to ditch the Symbian operating system. The Financial Times quoted a source close to Nokia saying “Symbian is much too cumbersome to keep up with modern operating systems. We have to react.” The FT suggested Nokia might be preparing to switch to Maemo Linux.
