IP telephony software vendor, Avaya Inc, today announced the appointment of Desmond Seeto as territory sales manager for the small and medium business solutions (SMBS) group, Avaya South Pacific. Seeto’s most recent role was channel manager, small and medium businesses (SMB), at Microsoft, where he was responsible for identifying and developing a tier one partner portfolio in the SMB market. He has also held positions at PowerLan as business development manager, at CSC as operations and technical support manager and at Pepsico Australia as operations manager.
