This month Australia will witness one of the most important enterprise security events ever to hit its shores. A panel of some of the foremost experts on cyber security in the world will debate a range of topics concerning the technology threats facing enterprises and the counter measures they need to take.

This ground-breaking panel debate will discuss security threats and counter measures, emerging cybercriminal activities, responses from government and industry together with the risk of new technologies. It will be facilitated by David Koch, finance commentator and co-host of Channel Seven's Sunrise program.

The top flight panel will be led by Dave DeWalt, President and CEO of McAfee, who is a frequent commentator on Bloomberg TV, CNBC, CNN and Fox Business.

Other experts on the panel include:

Alastair MacGibbon, former "cyber cop" and now Managing Partner, Surete Group, who is regarded as an authority on high-tech crime including internet fraud and consumer victimisation;

Brian Hay, Detective Superintendent, Queensland Police Service, whose principal responsibility is managing the state’s Fraud & Corporate Crime Group;

Peter Sykora, Federal Agent, High Tech Crime Operations, who is responsible for the investigative arm of HTCO, predominantly online banking fraud and National Information Infrastructure investigations; and

Peter Coroneos, Chief Executive of the Internet Industry Association.

The event has been specially crafted to address the needs of decision-makers, such as C-level Executive, Director, mid-manager, Product Developer and front line IT staff.
