Australian-listed IT services group, Objective Corporation has secured a $10 million software and services contract with the Welsh Assembly Government to deliver an enterprise-wide solution over five years.Featured Whitepaper

According to Objective (ASX:OCL), the deployment of its solution will “position them (the Assembly) at the forefront of public sector best practice information management.” Objective CEO, Tony Walls, said the deal with the Welsh Assembly was a significant achievement for the company in the UK, and demonstrated its “commitment to the public sector” and to long-term direct customer relationships, which he added, “continues to be valued in the market.” “It is a privilege to be trusted by the Welsh Assembly Government to deliver a programme of this significance and scale.” Walls said the Objective solution would be rolled out to 6,500 users at multiple sites across Wales, providing the Welsh Assembly Government with a robust and effective information management infrastructure. “The Welsh Assembly Government will become one of the largest enterprise-wide deployments of eDRMS in the UK public sector.
