Most recently, she spent more than two years as the country manager for Dell New Zealand. A spokesperson for the Australian company, said today Harrigan’s appointment supports Dell’s global organisational alignment into four major customer segments - large enterprise, public sector, small to medium business and consumer. Under the global leadership of Steve Felice, Dell says its small to medium business division is accelerating the creation and delivery of SMB-specific solutions and technology to the more than 72 million small and medium-sized businesses worldwide, including more than two million in Australia and New Zealand. Harrigan said today this included Dell’s revitalised Vostro range of laptops and desktops, prosupport for SMBs, and Dell’s strengthened reach and services capabilities through its PartnerDirect program launched nine months ago in Australia. “In tough economic conditions, it’s the small and medium business that continues to be lifeblood of the economy,” said Harrigan.
