The Convention Centre, due to open shortly, has been booked as the venue for 45 conventions already. Among the largest planned for the first full year of operation is the 68th World Science Fiction Convention to be held in September 2010. Other high-profile projects using Belden audio-visual and data cables include the Gold Coast Convention Centre, the Opera House, the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, Fairfax's Media House, the Australian Defence Force's Joint Operations Command, RMIT University and Deloitte's head office.
