Maree says the courses were previously staged at the company’s regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and in regional training centres in the US. According to Maree, attendees will gain in-depth knowledge and certification in all aspects of usage and configuration of Interactive Intelligence solutions, including contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony, unified communications, self-service automation and SIP-supported VoIP solutions. Maree says the 28-square metre North Sydney facility is built to the company’s global standards in training centres and is equipped with the latest solutions for contact centre automation, enterprise IP telephony and enterprise messaging. “The centre will enable us to provide world class technical education and training programs in a far more convenient location for our Australian and New Zealand reseller channel partners. At the same time, it will enable us to foster stronger, more dynamic and mutually beneficial relationships with partners and end users.” |
