Caesar joined Telstra after a 20 year career with IBM during which she rose from being a sales rep for IBM Australia to become vice president of IBM Asia Pacific's Intel Server division. Telstra CEO, Sol Trujillo, said that her consistent top-level performance and her background overseeing large strategic customer relationships were perfect preparation for the Telstra Wholesale role.
