Employers can use ‘The SOC Exchange Careers’ site to scan the market for the best talent on offer. Employers and recruiters can display unlimited job listings on The SOC Exchange site for just AU$10 per year flat rate and are then able to search through all the job resumes posted online – at no extra charge. They can also directly contact those potential candidates that are of interest via their SOC Exchange site.

“There’s no need for employers to spend buckets of money to recruit new staff when they can browse all the resumes posted on The SOC Exchange for free.”

“With times as tight as they are, this represents an enormous saving for employers and companies who would otherwise spend large sums of money to search resumes on career sites or hire head hunters to assist them,” Mr Lagudi commented.

“Why, in today’s economy, would you pay hundreds of dollars to post one job ad online for a month or so, when you can pay just AU$10 for a site on which you can post unlimited job listings for a year and then browse all the resumes posted for free. The return on investment alone has to be appealing,” Mr Lagudi added.

Recruitment agencies can also join in the fun with their own branded websites on the SOC Exchange.

For a AU$10 per year site membership, recruiters can post as many job ads as they want on their own branded recruitment page. They can also browse all the resumes posted on the site - at no extra cost.

“We are giving individuals and companies their own piece of the net for an unequalled cost. They can use their site to either extend their brand and marketing activities or create their own e-commerce business. It’s a win situation for everyone as there are no hidden costs or restrictions on the number of listings on a page – so, the potential for people to make a statement and create a market in the online space is unlimited.”

“With our new and innovative career section now up and running, anyone looking to hire, or anyone  looking for a job in Australia today who doesn’t take advantage of such a cost effective, creative way of tackling the employment crisis is mad. They’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain,” he concluded.
