Objective Corporation is to provide an enterprise content management (ECM) system to ServiceFirst, an agency supplying shared corporate services to New South Wales government clients.

Objective said today it would provide the ECM solution to Service First to improve its business processes and information sharing across multiple agencies in regional NSW with1200 users.

CEO of Objective, Tony Walls, said today the company’s Objective ECM solution would capture and manage information and support business processes for a wide range of ServiceFirst clients on the shared ECM platform.

Walls maintained that Objective’s experience with Health Corporate Network in WA, Shared
Services SA, the Scottish Government, the UK Research Council, and now with ServiceFirst, showed the company’s strength in delivering comprehensive, secure and compliant ECM solutions for large multiagency environments.

“The initial stage of the ServiceFirst project was modelled over 40 business processes across all agencies and a steering committee then decided on 10 key business processes that Objective will help streamline and manage, including correspondence and records management, contact management with internal and external stakeholders, processing of Finance, HR and IT transactions, and responses to Ministerial and director general correspondence.”
