Science fiction writer Dick, of course, wrote that famous short story "Do androids dream of electric sheep", translated to the silver screen by Ridley Scott as "Blade Runner". Just a thought. But back to the Optus Android phone, the HTC Dream. It will be available from 16 February on a range of Optus plans that start at $59 per month. Prices for the handset range from $3 per month on a 24 month, $129 per month plan to $51 per month on a 12 month $59 per month plan.
