Despite being brief, the announcement clearly states what hardware is involved, and what the result of applying the update should be. Or does it? The list of MacBook models in the first paragraph is straightforward enough. If you've got any member of the MacBook family that includes a Mini DisplayPort, the update is for you. The section about the GeForce 7300 GT and 9600M is less clear. Models fitted with those GPUs include certain Mac Pro configurations, and the late 2006 24in iMac. What are the wrinkles?
