NASA to air HD tour of International Space Station E-mail

During NASA’s mission STS-126 to the International Space Station, ISS Expedition 18 commander Mike Fincke filmed a high definition (HD) tour of their "four-bedroom house" in space. The video will soon appear on NASA Television.


NASA’s mission STS-126 occurred from November 14 to 30, 2008. The space shuttle Endeavour flew the NASA crew to the space station for another assembly mission to the ever-expanding space station.

The 35-minute HD video will appear on Thursday, January 22, 2009 and Friday, January 23, 2009, at 1 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and at 3 p.m. CST on NASA Television’s HD Channel 105

A standard definition version of the video will on NASA TV immediately following the regularly scheduled daily Video.

After the video appears on TV, the video will appear on NASA TV on the Internet.

The HD video highlights the recently installed addition to the International Space Station.
