Nicholas joins Interactive Intelligence with ten years’ experience in marketing and will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, managing partner and alliance support marketing, and working closely with the regional sales team across both Australia and New Zealand. Nicholas was previously Marketing Communications Manager at Knowledgeone Corporation, a leading information management and IT software developer. During his two years with the organisation, he was instrumental in implementing marketing strategies which built awareness and supported lead generation and business development for the company and its range of enterprise content management software solutions. Prior, Nicholas was Marketing and Events Manager with Knapp Communications, an Australian publisher of Asia-Pacific‘s leading information management title, IDM Magazine, and web sites, idm.net.au and cyclingnews.com. Brendan Maree, ANZ Country Manager, Interactive Intelligence, said, “We are delighted to have Nicholas on board.
