National ICT recruiter Finite IT Recruitment is not letting Federal Government razor gang sentiments dampen its business outlook for the Australian Capital Territory, announcing that the company has relocated to new, larger, state of the art offices in Canberra.

Finite’s Managing Director, Tracy Thomson, confirmed that the Canberra office has had a phenomenally good run recently, notwithstanding that the Canberra market has been pretty subdued for the last 12 months following the Federal election and Gershon Review.

"We are particularly fortunate to have such a talented, long serving team in Canberra which the business has been developing since opening our branch office there in 2003," said Ms Thomson.

"Five years of hard work building our ACT presence is really paying off with Finite now partnering with a wide variety of Government and private sector clients through Preferred Supplier Agreements.  Branch revenues for FY 2008 were up by 80% year on year and is an indicator of our market penetration and ongoing drive to establish quality client partnerships."

The new Canberra office, located at Ethos House, 28-36 Ainslie Place, will effectively double Finite’s team capacity, and comes on the back of a further six successful tender wins with leading Government Agencies in the last year, according to the company.
