Informative Graphics Releases New Brava! Suite to Deliver Secure Content Delivery

New Capabilities Aid in Streamlining Review and Workflow Processes, Achieving Regulation Compliance and Reducing Disclosure Risks
Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC), a leader in viewing, annotation and redaction technology, today announced its latest Brava software suite for multi-format viewing, annotation and secure content delivery. Brava provides a simple, unified viewing and annotation interface for all formats, making review processes and workflows easy. New features include enhanced redaction capabilities that, combined with existing features like Visual Rights® persistent file security, make Brava the leading multi-format viewer for secure content delivery.
New capabilities include the ability to intelligently redact privacy information, to verify or review redactions before finalizing them for final distribution and to perform ‘peek through’ redaction, where a large area (e.g., a page) is redacted with only a small area remaining un-redacted. Redacted files can be output to TIFF, PDF or Informative Graphics’ secure Content Sealed Format (CSF) with Visual Rights. Visual Rights allow users to add additional file security like password protection and expiration date as well as restrictions for print, copy, markup and other features. These capabilities help organizations achieve regulation compliance and reduce liability by making it easier to protect privacy information and confidential content.
Available for the desktop or as an enterprise-wide, browser-based deployment, Brava is the only solution of its kind to deliver viewing, annotation and redaction for office documents, PDF files, images and CAD drawings. Brava Enterprise, the web-based, enterprise class product, integrates seamlessly into popular enterprise content management (ECM) solutions from EMC Documentum, IBM, Interwoven and Open Text, helping organizations communicate better and streamline workflow processes while reducing associated costs.
"Informative Graphics' multi-format view and annotation offering, with its automated redaction to protect privileged information from unauthorized disclosure, really separates Brava from competitive solutions," said Joseph Martins, Managing Director for Data Mobility Group. "As a result, Brava has had great success among leading Tier One content management vendors, a trend which we expect to continue as exemplified by IGC's recent admission to the IBM ECM ValueNet Partner Program."
“Brava streamlines workflow processes in a safe and secure manner,” said Gary Heath, CEO of Informative Graphics. “Organizations in government, finance, insurance, medical and other industries under stringent information security regulations, as well as the constituents they serve, will benefit from the operational and risk management advantages of Brava.”
