The formerly top secret files report that investigations into the event ruled out a missile or even a space rocket, and it was said not to be a weather balloon either. Left with no rational explanation, the Ministry of Defence closed the investigation and the file. Don't expect this to be the last we hear of these unexplainable encounters with Unidentified Flying Objects either. The Ministry of Defence is expected to release a total of 200 previously classified files over the course of the coming four years. Don't expect any official explanations either, though. By releasing the documents, the National Archive and by extension the UK government itself is saying make up your own mind on all this... |
