Rossdeutscher rocks up at Micromine E-mail

Mining software specialist has appointed Peter Rossdeutscher to the newly created role of chief executive officer.

"The company has grown exponentially over the past three years and has an aggressive growth strategy for the future, said Micromine founder and managing director, Graeme Tuder.

"The new position of CEO is essential to achieve our growth ambitions and Mr Rossdeutscher's experience and proven leadership abilities make an excellent fit for the role."

Rossdeutscher was most recently managing director, Asia Pacific and head of the global alliance division at peripherals company Targus.

His CV includes roles at Gateway, Arena Asia. and the Royal Australia Air Force.

Rossdeutscher holds a bachelors degree in computer science and a masters in Marketing, both from Curtin University of Technology.
