Targeting contact centre reseller and customer IT engineers, the two week certification course replaces training for Australian-based organisations previously staged at the company’s regional headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and in regional training centres in the US.

Completion of the Interactive Intelligence training results in certification for individuals as Interaction Centre Certified Engineers across the company’s unified communications solutions.  Course material includes in-depth tutorials on VoIP as well as on the company’s Customer Interaction Centre, a Multimedia IP Contact Centre platform which is offered on premise or as a managed service.

Due to the strong interest shown in attendance at the upcoming initial September courses being staged in Sydney from 1-12 September, Interactive Intelligence will host additional locally-based certification classes in November.
