Customers were notified of the availability of the new software via email.

The company has warned customers that they may encounter "challenges" (including internal change control procedures, no server being available to accept running virtual machines, and the inability to schedule a maintenance window) when it comes to installing the express patch, but says that support providers can assist with alternative installation procedures in such cases.
