Page 3 of 3 Apple, under Steve Jobs, has since the turn of the century proven itself to be one of the world's leading companies when it comes to delivering technology that people want. However, this latest episode suggests Apple suffers from a degree of arrogance when it comes to customer relations, which could prove dangerous as the company continues to expand from its traditional base of avid fans into broader markets.
Before Macworld 2007 and the announcement of the iPhone, Apple's website had a big, bold message that the first 30 years were just the beginning.
