"We haven't seen that at all," says Ms Howard. "we sent out a survey to a number of hiring managers - a selection of procurement, HR, internal recruitment and project managers. Out of that we got 371 respondents across various locations and disciplines." Ms Howard says that the survey revealed that IT&T jobs growth is as strong as ever. "That's what they're telling us about their 12 months hiring intentions and let's see if they come to fruition as they anticipate," she says. And as far as reports like Olivier are concerned?
