Page 2 of 2 Zimbra Desktop includes Zimbra Documents (word processing and spreadsheets), Zimbra Briefcase (file storage) and Zimbra Tasks (to-dos). When used with a Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) account, these items will be synchronised with the server.The program can be set as the default mail program on Windows and Mac OS X, with notifications being provided via Windows' system tray or Growl on Mac. The tray or Dock icons are badged to show the number of unread messages. The free application is available for Windows, Mac OS X (intel only) and Linux. It is a sizeable download at around 40M, depending on the version.
