Page 2 of 2 The Wii will also sport a long awaited Animal Crossing title, Animal Crossing City Folk with a new city to explore, Mii masks, beauty salon, fashion store and auction room. Animal Crossing City Folk will also make use of the new Wii Speak peripheral. Sitting on top of your TV, the Wii Speak is an unobtrusive ‘community microphone’ allowing in game voice chat. Finally some trash talk in a Nintendo game, well, possibly, not much in the way of detail on this yet. The rumoured DS hand-held revamp did not emerge, but a couple of new DS software titles where showcased at the keynote. Guitar Hero On Tour Decades, once you get over the embarrassment of how playing a GH title on the DS looks, this one will let you share songs wirelessly between the original title and this new game. Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars brings the modern Liberty City to the Nintendo Hand held before Christmas this year, no longer can we assume the innocence of DS players on commuter trains.
