I'd encourage you to read the full paper, but the main recommendations can be summarised in the following bullet points: Don't carry unnecessary data. Beware of what others can see over your shoulder when working in public. Use different passwords for your account and the login keychain. Lock the screen when you leave the computer even for a few moments. Use Filevault, encrypted disk images, and Keychain notes to protect sensitive files and information.
