Page 4 of 6 Those iPhone apps that aren't free will mostly sell for less than US
$10, but some will cost more, potentially a lot more depending on what
the particular program does. The Optus Zoo icon takes you to Optus' walled garden of content, but when we looked for the Live TV stations including ABC, SBS and CNN that are available on Optus 2G and 3G phones, these stations weren't available. All we could find was Fox Sports and Sky News - which require subscriptions - as well as links to services such as MySpace and Facebook. Below is the iPhone 3G and original iPhone side by side. Note that the new iPhone 3G is slightly curved on the back, which is what prevents it from fitting in the cradle supplied with the original iPhone. The back of the new black iPhone 3G is as much a fingerprint magnet as ever - keep the supplied cleaning cloth handy if you want your iPhone 3G looking pristine! There will certainly be demand for a white model as well as the black. ![]() New and old back casings compared |
