Page 2 of 2 The question does not seem to be whether or not that Nine's program schedule is copyright - the judge said that it is - but whether IceTV has been compiling its guide by its own efforts as described in the earlier case."We now recommend that subscribers update their IceTV Guide data regularly (i.e. at least once per day) in order to receive the most up-to-date information for Nine and affiliated regional channels," IceTV has told its customers. IceTV has lodged an application for special leave to appeal to the High Court of Australia regarding the decision of the Federal Court.
