The HP SCS portfolio focuses on six areas where solutions can drive needed change: product innovation; process improvement ; organisational change; architecture optimisation; transformational governance; financial evaluation At the core of HP SCS what HP calls Cosmos, which includes intellectual property, methodologies, processes and best practices to manage transformational change across organisations, operations and technology. According to HP, Cosmos "uses object modelling technology and graphic representation of business and technology relationships to achieve a common understanding among the stakeholders across [an] organisation. This model-based knowledge management allows for more insightful analysis to determine where optimisation should occur to improve business operations."
