Gerard Frack named CEO of Strathfield E-mail

Strathfield Group has appointed Gerard Frack as CEO, with effect from 9.00 am Wednesday 14 September. He replaces John Winstanley whose departure as MD and board member was announced on 13 September. Frack has most recently been providing consultancy services to a range of telecommunications companies including Strathfield (as part of the management team put in place to review and assist Strathfield at the commencement of the restructure). Along with Warwick Mirzikinian he was primarily responsible for the development of the budget strategy being implemented at Strathfield. Since 1993, he held several senior positions at Optus including director consumer & wholesale, director wholesale business and commercial manager. Before joining Optus he worked for KPMG.
