Technology services company The Frame Group has appointed Raymond Young as its thought leader and principal consultant in project governance.

"We are delighted that Raymond has joined The Frame Group," said CEO Brad Ferguson. "His wealth of experience, knowledge and research will be of major benefit to our clients who are increasingly emphasising the overall value creation in their project investments, governance strategy and compliance programmes."

Young is a former CIO at FBA Computer Technology Services, a subsidiary of Fujitsu Australia. He has also been a management consultant with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Carter Management Services and GPR.

He has a PhD from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and an MBA from the University of Sydney. Young is also a founding member of the Standards Australia committee developing IT governance standards.
