There's a three bedroom house in Perth, built in 2006. You also get all the contents, including a projector and DVD surround sound system with a motorised large screen. There's even a spa, from which you can watch the movies. Naturally you will need a garage for the car and jet ski, as well as the motorbike! On the IT side of things, Usher's life comes with a two year old HP Pavilion notebook thrown in along with a printer, scanner, speakers and a video camera.
